My Story
Growing up, fitness was more than a hobby—it was a way of life. Over the years, I discovered how powerful exercise could be, not just for physical health but for mental well-being too. However, my journey wasn't without its challenges. Like many, I struggled to find a routine that truly worked for me, one that balanced my goals, lifestyle, and personal preferences.

Experience in High School, Collegiate, and Semi-Pro (ABA - American Basketball Association).
Through trial, error, and education, I developed an approach to fitness that felt sustainable and rewarding. This journey inspired me to help others navigate their own fitness paths, creating a personalized experience that makes health and wellness achievable for everyone. Today, I’m proud to help clients transform their lives, guiding them to become the best versions of themselves—one step, one rep, and one victory at a time.
